A refundable deposit of £20 is taken at checkout to cover loss or damage.

After the festival, our team will inspect the tent once it has been located using your submitted what3words location.

Based on the condition, the following deposit amounts may be returned:

• £20 - Tent returned in good condition (normal use).

• £0 - significant damage, missing parts, or non-return.

Weather-related damage (e.g., extreme wind or heavy rain) will not be held against customers, provided the tent has been used responsibility

Please note: Because our tents are pre‑loved, we recommend taking photos of their condition before using them. This ensures you won’t be held liable for any previous wear or damage. If you’re not happy with the condition of your tent or add‑ons on the day you collect them, just come back to your assigned collection point and we’ll swap them for you. If you don’t let us know on the first day, we’ll assume you’re happy to take responsibility for the items as they are.

Each festival has 2-4 Rent-A-Tent collection points located across campsite fields.

During checkout, you’ll select the collection point closest to the field you plan to stay in, making pick-up quick and easy once you arrive.

Before the festival, we’ll confirm your chosen collection point via email.

To return your tent, simply leave it pitched and submit your what3words. You’ll receive an SMS link during the festival where you can enter your three-word location.

Once our team has located and checked your tent, your deposit will be refunded.

Before the festival we’ll email you asking which camping field you plan to stay in.

We allocate collection points across based on your selected field to ensure smooth distribution across the site.

You’ll then receive conformation of your assigned pickup spot before arrival.
